Fuel Your Fire, to me, is about creating something many of us didn’t even realize we were missing.
In the midst of full schedules, responsibilities, and the many roles we carry, it’s easy to put ourselves last. Not intentionally—but gradually, over time. And without realizing it, we can lose the space to pause, to reconnect, and to feel supported in taking care of ourselves.
What makes Fuel Your Fire so meaningful to me is that it was created by women who understand that firsthand. This isn’t just an idea—it’s something built from lived experience, from a shared recognition that we all need spaces where we can step in, take a breath, and feel both supported and inspired.
Through my nutrition practice, I work closely with women—especially in midlife—who are trying to feel better in their bodies and in their lives. Fuel Your Fire expands that work in a different way. It brings people, ideas, and resources together in one place, adding a layer of connection and shared experience that complements the more individualized work I do with clients.
Before entering the nutrition field, I spent over 20 years as a systems engineer, designing programs and building structure. Now, I bring that same perspective into this work—helping to create programs that are clear, thoughtful, and grounded in real life, while supporting an experience that feels welcoming and meaningful.
To me, Fuel Your Fire is about more than learning something new. It’s about being part of something—where conversations matter, connections form naturally, and women are reminded that taking care of themselves is not something to feel guilty about.
It’s about creating space for what matters.
And being part of a community that helps you move forward—one step at a time.
