MEREDITH
Fuel Your Fire was born out of my own journey.
As a divorced mother of three, I had to learn how to find balance, give myself grace, and—most importantly—how to pour into myself first so I could show up fully for everything and everyone else in my life. I learned early on that if I didn’t take the time to refuel, I couldn’t be the mother, business owner, or person I wanted to be.
For me, refueling looks like wellness in many forms—pounding the pavement on a run, hiking in nature, throwing around heavy kettlebells, or getting lost in a good book. I made it a priority, and I taught my children to respect that time, because it mattered.
As I got older, I started to notice something: so many women didn’t feel like they had permission to do the same. They didn’t have the tools, the support, or the space to put themselves first. And the reality is—life doesn’t slow down. Between family, careers, businesses, homes, relationships, and everything in between, the weight women carry is real.
But this isn’t a new challenge—it’s just one we were never taught how to navigate. In many ways, we were taught the opposite.
That’s why I created Fuel Your Fire.
I want to help women rediscover themselves. To give them the tools, the community, and the permission to prioritize their wellness without guilt. I want to lead by example for my children and show them what it looks like to build something meaningful from passion and purpose.
Fuel Your Fire is more than an event—it’s a growing community. A space where women can connect, feel supported, and find trusted resources. It’s also a platform for small business owners to network, collaborate, and grow alongside like-minded people.
This is how I fuel my fire—and my mission is to help other women do the same.
